Im curious. Since Ive started my campaign to raise money Ive had dozens of people tell me that I can get it done free if I donate it to a burn center. Honestly when I first heard about this last year I was ecstatic. So I started calling every local burn center and none would do it. So I expanded my search and called other burn centers outside the state. None know what Im talking about. Does anyone have anything to confirm this? Can you share a contact name or number? Cause what Ive found is this is just a myth. That they harvest skin from cadavers cause they can just about use the entire body, no quarantine is necessary and donating live skin is just not an option.
