Im currently on a plane heading back to my hometown of Orange County with a pocket full of passion. My national meeting held in Baltimore was nothing short of inspiring and reminded me of why I do what I do for a living. Its energizing to remember the significance of finding purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in our work. This time also made me reflect on not only the type of leader I want/know I can be, but more importantly my desire to be of the utmost service to my team and my community. I am so privileged to work with the people that I do and look forward in continuing my professional/personal development because what is more fulfilling than striving to be the best version of ourselves and making a positive impact in our local communities?#motivation #workhardhavefunmakeadifference
