L - 30-32 waist, 53cm leg length (best for those 5ft8-5ft10 / 173-177cm). 12 pairs. XL - 34 waist, 55cm leg length (best for 5ft10+ ). 5 pairs. XXL - 38+ waist around 57cm leg length. 1 pair. Theyre all elasticated and have a draw string so if youre a little skinnier or a lot bigger its really no big deal. They have NO POCKETS though, so this is good for training and not much else.
