Im currently waiting for the police to get here for the noise downstairs. Yesterday it was 6am today it was 8:30. Ive never had to call PD for noise in my life but just because the neighbors are awake doesnt mean I want to be awake. I dont think a lot of these people get that if we wanted to live in Mexico, El Salvador or Guatemala wed just move there. The fact of the matter is even THEY dont want to be in those places anymore. People claim to move here for a better life and then try to bring down quality of life for those around them. Im 100% for gentrification and have no problem owning the fact that I dont care where these people end up when it happens. The streets of my neighborhood are a market during the day and filled with litter at night when they all leave. You can call different parts of the city Little (fill in country name) but the reality is we are still in the United States.
