Im diffusing the labour synergy again today as its a fab aroma and a great mix to keep you feeling positive and calm!! .. Its a warm day today and its got me thinking about the great options we have in store for summer For example; our lovely lavender essential oils can made into a sunburn balm with fresh pulp of the aloe vera plant - scrape the pulp out of the middle of several aloe leaves, make about 1/4 of cup/approx 50mls, place into an airtight container with 20 drops of lavender, store in the fridge and use when needed. Will possibly keep for a week or two. We have the insect deterrent synergy for use in a burner, and as a blend to add to the body to ward off those pesky bugs at the summer barbie!! Furthermore, there are great basics like shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax, and our fab selection of carrier oils and essential oils to make you own lip balms, body butters, & moisturisers so you can keep you skin nourished and smooth throughout the summer weather. There are 90 different essential oils to choose from and that address many different mental and physical issues like insomnia, colds/flu, cold sores, feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed or irritable, digestive problems, and not being able to relax like we want to which can pop up in the summer when we are busy catering to family, have many family get togethers due to Xmas and New Year, we are trying to relax and recharge after a year of work, and all the festive occasions can leave us feeling blah, hungover with digestive upsets, and weather can mean we dont sleep as well and our skin can be irritated.
