Im disappointed that so many Ont PCs are intent on public or judicial inquiries and even Royal Commissions to investigate the Liberal scandals. Most PUBLIC inquiries are a waste of time with minimal results. I want Tim Hudak to issue an Action Statement that his government will establish a series of FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS to privately investigates all Liberal scandals. More complete evidence is secured in private interviews than in a public forum. Public inquiries arent too successful tracing financial transactions from corrupt payments but forensic investigators can & will follow the money. Public inquiries usually charge a few minor players but forensic public investigations go after the big guys too. Illegal activities also happen in Corporations but they keep investigations by specialists private until it is time to lake criminal & civil action. Only public institutions muddy up the water with circus big tent events labeled inquiries. Identifying & punishing individuals involved in criminal activities is very important but it is equally important to establish that corporations providing services or products participated in unlawful activities. Its apparent to me that our energy mess is tied to green energy projects and those contracts have to be ended which could mean enormous penalties. Once it is proven that contractors participated in illegal acts, the Province has the reason to end contracts without penalty. It may also be able to take civil action against the contractors for damages & losses on the project. We deserve ethical, honest government which the Ont PCs can provide. An important element of honest government is to ensure that those who were involved in illegal activities are brought to justice and this can only happen if all the scandals are subject to effective forensic investigations.
