Im doing my own version of a genderbent/femme Scarecrow (from Batman) for Youmacon. :) This is my progress so far: Two layers of Scarecrow skirt completed! I’m going to have a 3rd, floor length skirt tattered brown skirt to go underneath both of these. Also: a brown, tattered/bandaged crop top, brown hooded shrug, a burlap-y lower face mask, noose necklace, and probably a scythe. You see, I haven’t the slightest clue on sewing but I’m GREAT at destroying things. I found these once intact skirts from the thrift store and distressed the snot out of them and I’m pretty pumped on how they turned out! And bonus: the leftover material from the burlap-y looking skirt is going to make my lower face mask. :D
