Im doing vote analysis of this election so we can target our anger for the next election. Wondering why County Democratic voter turnout (as a % of registered voters) continues to drop? With all the resources being soaked up by the County Office, you would think a GOTV would be more effective. Our share of voters continues to stagnate Off-Year to Off-Year and Presidential Year to Presidential Year. And we lost one of the County Board Seats we won in 2012. A bright spot was Jean, who got more votes than Gov. Quinn in DuPage in her County Clerk Race. And of course, our Congressional Races were winners. Most Statewide Democrats held their own in DuPage. However, County candidates continue to be marginalized.
