Im excited for this week. .... Mon, Wed, Friday, and sat Breakfast: oatmeal Tues and Thurs Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 chicken links, and a vitatop Lunch: baked chicken and coleslaw Mini meal: questbar, pistachios, piece of fruit Supper: baked chicken and 1/4c of cottage cheese Working out with my awesome trainer and walking, walking and more walking lol 46 miles to finish my goal of 206 miles in the month of aug! !!
