Im excited to say tomorrow is my one month surgiversary, I am down 83# from my highest weight(460) and 62# since surgery(439), it is hard for me to notice the changes, but others have noticed and the scale doesnt lie(377). Im very happy with my decision and my progress thus far, cant wait to see what the next months have to offer. I will try to post some side by side pictures tomorrow, then Ill be able to believe it better lol. Thanks for all the support everyone!
