Im feeling emotionally defeated by the holiday season. Aside from financial issues, ever since I started taking Paxil for PTSD/depression I am going through my energy level has been blah! and all Ive been doing is a shit load of sleeping. I dont like it and my kids told me Ive turned boring (which I agree). I need to snap out of it because I dont want my kids first holiday season in NYC to be like Thanksgiving; just another day sitting in the shelter with nothing to do. Though it kills me as a parent to not be able to get them gifts, its going to kill me even more to not make this time memorable and fun. And Lord knows I have the capability of doing that with no money in my pocket. God, please give me that extra push of motivation, inspiration and opportunity to do so.
