Im getting PRP therapy done on the pec tear today. Im way ahead of regular healing schedule. After talking to my chiropractor, coach and the owner of perfect nutrition. All people who have become good friends of mine and people whose opinions I hold in very high regard. Ive decide to skip the Freak of the Bench Press competition at Arnolds this year. Im going to take my time and rebuild a strong solid 2015 instead of risking a real career ending injury trying to force it. For those of you who know me, know this is far from an easy thing for me to do.
