Im getting kinda sick of these overpriced cook books or uncook (raw) books i see for sale with spam emails I get for way too much money (book probably cost a buck to make and they sell it well over 20x that) So if you have good recipes and want to send them to me Ill post them on my site for free for the masses, and give you a link to your bio, photos and website. I know I did this before and people respond here or my Facebook mail (I get way too many emails there- mostly health questions) so just send them to HealthNutNews @ Gmail - Im even whipping up a few of my own (and some Hot Mess kitchen videos coming soon too- no cost) Heck maybe Id put out a cook book some day but right now my ebook is still free and so are my recipes.
