Im getting low on 168gr Sierra MatchKings and am considering switching to Hornadys Match 168gr HPBT since they are much more readily available and are apparently much cheaper. Anyone have any experience with these or done a side by side comparison with the 168gr SMKs? The application is for NRA High Power service rifle shooting with a Loaded Springfield M1A. My go-to load for this rifle has always been LC Brass, CCI #200 primers, 41.5gr 4064, 168gr SMK, 2.800 OAL. If anyone has any pet recipes for Hornady 168gr HPBT out of an M1A, Id be interested in seeing those as well.
