Im going to put this out in the Facebook world and let those who read it interpret and apply it to whatever situation they choose though its intended for one (you can guess as to which one that is). Sun Tzu stated: The Five essentials to victory are (loosely stated) 1. Knowing when and when not to fight 2.Understanding deployment with large or small numbers 3. Having officers (leaders) and soldiers who share the SAME will (highly important) 4. Being prepared for the unexpected 5. Having a well rounded leader (general) undeterred by higher external forces With that said you have a blueprint for your campaign. If ANY one of these arent up to par problems will arise. Training is key and crucial. Anger and knee jerk reactions though temporarily gratifying ultimately accomplish nothing long term. Sometimes the best offense is to sit back, BE QUIET, observe, take notes, and organize effectively while allowing your opposition to dig their own hole. Food for thought....
