Im going to say it cause no one else has da jingle bells to. THIS TOWN NEEDS AN ENEMA. A FEW PEOPLE COULD STAND TO MOVE FROM IT. Im not going to take a lot of time here people to look up some clever photo to say what im saying but, beware of people that say they pray and ask for guidance only to talk about others and try to hurt their livelihood and reputation. If you do a good job and are a good person you will win some and lose some but slamming others is a sure way to build up a lot of loses in the long run. and YOU ALL KNOW WHO YOU ARE... I am not free from saying what i think about someone honestly and openly. thats a far cry from doing it under the, cover of im better than you banner of religion and or a self entitled superiority complex. if the only way you feel better in life is to slam others openly and on Facebook. you need therapy. Facebook isnt the place to do it. common sense people. I challenge my co fitness people and coaches to knock the crap off. Rochester use to be one of the best fitness bodybuilding towns, cities in the country. its not right now and not because its not sunny all year. its because PEOPLE are acting a fool. Food for da Brain. I welcome all positive replies. but im sure this will generate negative attention for the for mentioned you know who you are crowed. We can do better.
