Obama told reporters in Poland on Tuesday the decision to release the 5 dangerous terrorists required an immediate decision within his authority as commander in chief. Even though he broke a federal law and bypassed the National Defense Authorization Act (which he signed last year), he believes as president it is in his power to make decisions without consulting congress. He saw an opportunity and he took it. What happenned to checks and balances? Can you say fascist dictator!
