Im going to start my own rental property search engine. To post on - TopicsExpress

Im going to start my own rental property search engine. To post on my site, a credit and backround check of the listing agent and landlord will be required. Also, I will need to meet all pets. There will be an additional fee based on breed and weight. I will require that any photos posted will be of the ACTUAL unit. The dimensions and total square footage will be mandatory. I will inspect your property to be sure it meets standard living expectations. You will only be allowed to post each property 1 time. No exceptions. Also, the rental price Must be within 1 standard deviation from the mean rental price of comprable properties for the neighborhood. You will not be allowed to post on my site if you require a meet and greet with a prospective tenants pet. If you own a parking space, it is included in the rental price. The neighborhood you want to list as the location of your property must actually be in that neighborhood. This will be authenticated by the official Chicago neighborhood map. The landlord must post a profile of themselves. This will include their name, phone number, email, photo and wether they like long walks on the beach or not. Does all of this seem absurd? Any landlord or listing agent would likely say so. So it begs the question, why do they think it is fair to treat us like that?!?!
