Im going to write this here and I apologize to Dey ahead of time if he gets offended. As some people know and others dont. Dey stepped down from leader due to real life and previous members attitudes towards him. Ex was one of these people as was Iron. Iron gave Dey an ultimatum. EIther he got ranked up higher in the alliance ranks over Ex or he would quit. Which lead to a bad situation and many people got irritated and mad. I then stepped in and took over with the help of many people to balance the alliance back out. Which worked very well and it brought us some new fun members whom I deeply enjoy being around. But yet again.. Iron came in and gave me another ultimatum. He had an issue with one member. I had to hear the story from one other person, instead of Iron himself.. When I had questioned Iron, he gave me a hell of a lot of sass and refused to tell me the problem insisting that I spoke to the person he had already told the problem to. Eventually he finally told me. Turns out he was giving this person 3 strikes.. I did not hear ANYTHING about the first strike, nor the second strike.. I believe this was irons intention to give me an ultimatum this time. Yet again cause it didnt get old the very first time.. It was either Iron or I kick the other member. I decided that kicking the other person was a very childish and petty thing to do. Irons reason.. Cause the other person apparently refused to acknowledge their shared pinoy habits. Claiming the other person was flaunting and basically being disrespectful. I didnt see any of that going on and the people I had talked to didnt either. And I was told that Iron was leaving after the world boss if it hadnt gotten taken care of. Which.. I wasnt told there was a time limit. But anyway.. Iron refused to listen to reason and refused to figure out a way to work out the situation, instead choose to be childish and petty about the entire thing. Seriously, wasnt even going to let have time to talk to the other person, basically saying do it now or Im out. Thus him not being in the alliance anymore. And I guess tonight after being told that he wouldnt leave and after Irons crap.. Hit left. Without warning anyone and instead is choosing to ignore myself and Johnny. At this point in a war game. Iron and Hit are now enemies of the alliance. I ask that you refuse to allow them to join your Hell kills, this also goes for Contra as well. Contra has been known to kick our people out, they started this long before we did. Plus Id really hope people share essences with each other to help gear. I am hoping that this will fuel everyones rage and allow them to push and get stronger in the alliance to prove what kind of mistake they made. Both of them let everyone down. I will not let this hurt us during alliance war and I do hope that you all feel the same. I will try to help anyone and everyone as much as I possible can. Don and myself are still sharing plunders with everyone if you want to try for the Escort Ranking -> Prestige. Remember this guys.. We are a very strong alliance and lets keep proving that to everyone by kicking ass and taking names. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. There might be Contra, but they have nothing on us. Weve got great members who help each other out and are willing to give any possible advice that we can. If anyone has problems, or issues please come to me(Sciris) first before taking actions into your own hands. I would really like to resolve the issues in a noncrappy way. I am very easy going and very easy to talk to. I try not to talk sides and see everyones sides before coming to a decision. I do not do this alone however. I try discuss the situation with many different people. So basically.. After my long ass letter, which I do apologize for.. Lets kick some ass, take some names and crush our foes! Push hard, get stronger and step on the bones of your enemies. This is a war game after all right? Sidenote..Some new higher up ranks are going to become open, if you are interested, Let me know.
