Im half way through my Blue Rage, Black Redemption book by Stanley Tookie Williams (co founder of the Crips), hes reforming & educating himself in prison (San Quentin, Oakland North California) and after gaining so much knowledge about his cultural past, ethical history, etc and he realizes how powerful it is to be educated. Its just all bad it took Stan until he was in his 40s sitting in a prison cell on death row to finally understand how Important education is. Im in my early 20s and Im not sitting in any cell and I already have a high interest in learning and I have the rest of my life to keep learning so I can use it. #excited, fortunate, and grateful
