Im happy to say that the first awards 476 A.D Chapter One: The Last Light of Aries won, came from Denvers own Intendence Film Festival. We just won for the Best Art-Experimental film, and the Art-Experimental Audience Choice Award. The fact that these first two awards it won, came from Colorado, the very same place where we started this bloody production some 4 years ago, makes me feel honored :) As it gives back the recognition for the years of hard work of hundreds of various talents from Colorado, and all over the world, that were involved in this insane production. As a principle of the matter of things, I believe that its an important statement for all of you who were involved, that something came out of it, and that it was recognized from the very place where it came from in the first place. For that I want to thank Bob Webb for hanging in there, and keeping Intendence Film Festival alive, the true indi and underground film festival scene of Colorado. For all of us indi pioneer filmmakers, who dare to go where no one has gone before, and to have an opportunity to present our hard work, without necessarily having to have the whole elitist star flashy stigma attached. I wanna also thank Casey Elliott and Jhonette Perdue, for their hard work. As well as others who hold this crucial indi underground festival scene alive, such as Michael Bliss, Ralph Giordano, David Wacks, Jim Turner, and others. Well, for all of you who were involved with the 476 A.D.
