Im having a busy week in New York with many meetings, and two key speeches related to the post-2015 development agenda. I gave a lecture in a series for a New York womens foreign policy audience, emphasizing that inequalities have to be tackle;, resilience to shocks has to be built; and the fragility in societies, poor governance, and lack of rule of law which so often leads to conflict has to be addressed.
