Im having a pretty bummer night. The weight of this years tribulations began to take thier toll, and I felt an onset of the blues washing over me. My beloved job as a graphic designer for RVC is about to reach its end. After working, breathing, and living for this school for 2 years, Im about to be brushed off as another temp employee thier holy budget wont allow. Im desperately scrambling to find another job, but as a degree-less artist I simply dont stand a chance in this market. Aside from all of that, I have a PT Scan and MRI in a few weeks to see if my cancer treatment actually worked. Even though Im trying to remain positive, a sliver of doubt still lingers, and even a small sliver can produce a world of stress. And all this right before the holidays. But, from a broader scope of things, I have a lot to be grateful for. So Im going to continue forward, and do my best to look for that brighter side. Times get tough, but it could always be much worse. So, onward friends! Im determined to end this wretched year on a good note no matter what.
