Im having lunch at the Olive Garden with a friend . We finished our meal.... Time to pay........My buddy picks up the card holder and slips in $50 ...... I pick up the second card holder and slip in my Amex card .........Waitress comes back, opens the card holder with the change from the $50 and hands it to me....
