Im heading off to Red Box Call Center to solve 50 problems between 5pm and 9pm. Feel free to call with ANY issues. You never know what we might give you just for calling. I surprised a young man last night with a free rental after he scolded me about a bill he owed. After explaining the bill He said he was sorry for the way he acted. I told he not to worry one bit and Red Box wants you to have a free rental because we want you to know that your call especially if its about billing, is very important to us. The guy was quiet for a minute then said he couldnt believe I did that after what he had said to me. He went on to say that He will always be a Red Box customer after this experience. Im floored. I guess Kindness and love will always prevail when we apply it.
