Im hoping someone knows what I should do next. I dont know what it is with these babies deep sleeping on me. Little Girl and Rielei both like it 75 degrees but it got to 79 -80 & although I monitored it , it didnt occur to me a drastic 5-6 temp jump can cause hibernation too. I noticed awhile ago Little Girl had not eaten & thats not her. She also wakes/fusses the minute you walk up to her bin. I reached in her tee pee and she was a stiff non responsive ball to point I almost tore the tee pee apart getting her out because she was such a stiff extended ball. I got my heating pad because I could not get anything from her, felt no breath. I was not freaking out, but my adrenaline reacts regardless. I know being so anxious myself I might not be the best option for her because coming out of the sleeps so hard on their heart rate already, so I got Dax to hold her against a heat pad against him until he felt her move- Id finally sensed some moving in her before Id leave her so I could calm down to soothe her. Still couldnt get her to unballl so surrounded her as much as possible. Shes ok now, as soon as she realized a stranger had her got a ilttle fussy an I knew she was back so shed been in my lap for about 10 minutes now, shes calm. Should I put her back in her bin and let her relax, eat, drink shouldI monitor anything closer ? Im glad thet temp was on my mind and I know my Little Girl. Is this dead like sleep being experienced by anyone else? Normally its just Splotch, never Little Girl or Rielei... Ive been through this already ; no sense to take to vet if nothing wrong because theyll say oh the worst is over...LOL
