Im hoping this blurb captures everything Im feeling right now. I just want to say first off, that I am not posting this to publicize my good deeds, earn points or elevate my image. Im sharing this because my heart wants to show the world that beauty is living inside of every human being, regardless of what they have in their hands or what theyve done. Tonight, while I was getting ready to leave Starbucks, I was approached by a woman. She was crying, worried and was sobbing uncontrollably. For some reason, this woman had immediately stolen my heart. Not because I felt sorry for her but because my heart was drawn to her. I decided that I was going to do whatever I could to help her, even if this was some kind of trap, I was willing to risk it. Christ wanted me to meet her tonight. So we got in my car so I could take her home and while we talked, she said she wanted to sing for me. In my mind I was like oh ok thats cool. But when she started singing I slamned the brakes and said Please, please let me record you. She finally agreed and this is what it sounded like. This woman was amazing and she didnt even know it. Everyone around her was telling her everything she couldnt do and she believed it. But theyre all lies. Under all of the pain, tears and struggling, there is a strong, captivating and uplifting voice. And I had to let the world hear it. Please keep her in prayer and be a blessing today.
