Im in a dilemma and Im not sure how to go about resolving the issue. I had two packages to go out on the day I was leaving for a trip. I was having printer issues and had my mom send them out for me that day. She ended up mixing up the labels- one was a petti romper and the other was a glitz dress. The price difference is a lot! The mom who was supposed to get the dress immediately contacted me to let me know what she received. I then immediately contacted the other mom and told them both that I would pay for and email them new labels, just repackage them up. It is now 2 weeks later, Ive been to Italy and back, and the mom who got the dress has yet to send it back to the other mom. Ive heard a lot of excuses, some valid, but when I told her she doesnt need to take it to the PO, she said they wont accept it, theres not enough postage. I dont care I just need this other mom to get the dress because now she wasnt able to use it at her pageant and she wants to be refunded- which I completely understand. But I dont want to be out this dress. Does anyone know if PayPal can help or what I should do? I have the convo saved where the mom said she got the dress and all the reasons why she cant send it with me just pleading offering to pay more for shipping, but I havent had an answer since Thursday.
