Im in despite need for help!!! Brattleboro VT DCF came across state line into NH where I have been living for bout 7 months and I was working with NH DCYF and they got me into a program where my baby and I would goto together. Well the day I delivered him VT DCF went behind NHs back and went to keene NH hospital and took my baby, they went into another state and took one of NH own residence right out from underneath them. How far can they go, how much can DCF possible get away with? And how could NH let that happen? S be careful no matter where you live brattleboro vt DCF thinks their gods and that their unstoppable and if they want your kids then jurisdiction wont stop them, theyll go steal your kids from you and the state you live in. So it dont matter were you live they will go all the way to Florida if a child they want live there. What they did is clearly kidnapping and takeing them across state line without permission from the state that has residency or jurisdiction over the child, if. That isnt kidnapping then Id like to knoe know just what it is. Please as you can see this is clear harassment, and their doing it because they know I have no money to get a lawyer to stop them. Please ihate to ask people this but I need my kids and if they can get away with doin that then its clear the only way to stop them is to have a good attorney to finally put a foot down for once and for all. One case at a time will make a difference,. Im begging everyone please if you can offer just a little donation, any little bit counts, if everyone can just Donate alittle bit it will go a long way. PLEASE I CANT LIVE WITHOUT MY KIDS!! Ive been trying it on my own for a year now and its gotten nowhere there TERMINATING MY PARENTAL RIGHTS on feb.4th for nothing and now they have my new baby that there trying to have him be adopted by the same foster mom that they want to adopt my Benjamin. Its horrible when all I did was make sure Benjamin was safe, what kind of world is it that if you bring your kids to the ER for an accident and you end up losing him forever for doing the right thing? Whos gonna dare bring them to the hospital if there gonna fear that if the state likes their kids they will take them for it. Everyone that is willing/able to help us out with any amount of donations so I can get a good attorney, l I promise I wil, pay you back as soon as this is over, I will even be willing to pay you back double what you donate.
