Im in my room and I hear somebody singing something out back. I turn off my TV and I sneak up the window to see my neighbor (I have seen her once and never formally met her). She is putting out boxes from Christmas and humming a familiar tune and I couldnt put my finger on it, but it stirred up some weird feeling inside. I kept saying, What is this song?, wracking my brain and humming along. Right before she goes in she sings the lyric and I figured out why it sounded so familiar. It was my song. She sings ... You are the best thing that happened to me. She goes in the house, still humming. I close the window and sit on the bed and just sit. I just sit right there. There is nothing else to do.
