Im in the middle of redoing the woodwork in my house and needed a particular stain. There is only one store in Omaha that carries the stain so I went there to pick up the quart that I needed to do the test area. Received wonderful service! Now Im ready to do the whole upstairs so I need a gallon or two (or three). Everyone keeps telling me how cheap I can get it on Amazon, so I checked because I was curious. The gallon is about $13 dollars cheaper, but the shipping will be $10 because I dont have a Prime membership....let me tell you, even if I had the prime membership, I would STILL go buy it at the local store. They got me started, helped me pick the correct poly coat for what I needed, and were all around great to work with. If we dont shop local, those small stores (T2B included) wont be around. Which means, you wont be able to stop in and have them help you with your test area and they wont be there to ask questions of when something goes right or wrong with a product. As small businesses continue to fail, so do our communities. The same communities in which taxes pay for our kids to go to school, our community swimming pools to open, and our streets to be cared for. Yes, it is sometimes cheaper to buy on Amazon or online, but remember.... If you SEE it HERE, BUY it HERE, KEEP us HERE!
