Im interested in hearing from some of the members here, I need some info. Is it a RIGHT to own a pistol in NYS or a favor granted by a Judge? Fact is that in ALL Counties of NYS a Judges signature is required on your permit. Is there anybody here who can cite NY Law granting Judges power to affirm or deny a RIGHT? Im not looking for arguments for or against but rather how the power was granted to Judges. Do you think theres any money involved in keeping Courts/ Lawyer busy?
