Im irritated with Target tonight. I was there earlier buying Christmas/Birthday gifts for Vivi and Stella and just realized that an item didnt make it into my cart after I purchased it. This has happened before and Ive called and theyve had the item and held it for me. However, when I called tonight, they didnt have the item anywhere and no record of it. It wasnt small either, it would be noticeable. So they told me I need to come in and meet with security so security can look at the video tape...but security isnt there right now so there is no point in me coming in right now. I asked when security would be there and customer service told me that security isnt there all the time and I just have to keep calling back until they are there and I can drop everything and go over and have them review the tape. IRRITATED.
