Im just full of big questions today: Why do we need a common enemy to become united? Why must there be such a concept as us vs them? Why cant we all accept each other as one group of humans? Why must we continue to separate this one large group into sects, each believing they have the truth? And why do we allow the most extreme individuals to define the groups to which they belong, further separating these sects? Why do we perpetuate the hate, violence and bigotry toward sects other than our own? Why cant we cling to our truth and at the same time not deny other sects their own truth? So long as faith divides us, will universal peace ever be possible? In the spirit of these questions, if youd like to comment I ask that you please focus on the topic of unity and respect of faith, and refrain from połarizing statements or casting blame. Negative comments will be removèd (unless they provide appropriate comic relief).
