Im just gon say this and I wont bore yall with the details....but I joined the biggest Loser competition at work, it starts jan 23. Since im highly competitive and I hate to lose. ITS ON (like a pot of neckbones ). 9 weeks of intensive training and dieting. Im so motivated you guys.. :):) time to get to my dream weight and stay there!! (2 piece bathing suits and belly tops) 8yrs ago i lost 40 pounds managed to never gain those pounds again now to lose 40/50 more (SMALLER THAN EVER LOL) . I just want to be healthy and look good yall. IM doing it the right way to so with that being said #watchmework #Igotthis #hihaters
