Im just putting this out there... When I start P90 on Oct. 13th, Im breaking up with Starbucks for a while. In lieu of my chai teas, Ill make myself hot tea and occasional cappuccinos at home. I am doing this because one of my challengers and coaches is going to quit smoking. I know thats a hefty bill, so I want to show my support by ditching something that Im rather addicted to (and if you think my addiction to these chai teas couldnt possibly be that strong, ask Fletch, hah). So, Starbucks friends... if you see me come into your store between Oct. 13th and the end of the year, tell me that I need to leave! If you have a friend who is planning on making a major life change, I encourage you to show your support to them as well. When we have support we are stronger. No one should have to go it alone.
