Im just sharing the story so these babies can find a home! Ok so I have a neighbor who has 2 white dogs both brother and sister abt a yr old that r bound, starving and broken. Recently I saw that the female had 5 male puppies abt a month old. I went to check on them by taking food and water and the female was so tied up that she could not reach her pups. She was in such desperation. Her brother is scared and hesitates to get out of a dog house who is also tied up. I fed them and all were starving including the pups. The owner said he had no time for them but is reluctant to surrender. I need help to rescue these broken souls. Please share so we can find good luving homes for these furbabies.
