Im kind of in a Korean-kimchi cooking loop the past few weeks. Tonights dinner was no exception: thin pork belly marinaded quickly in red chili paste, grated pear, ginger, garlic, fish and soy sauce. I pan-grilled and served with the usual suspects of jasmine rice and cucumber/mango kimchi. It was really good! Made a non-spicy version for the girls and they loved it. However, I seriously need some culinary inspirations like ASAP or create some new recipes. Am I the only home cook stuck in a rut, with no clue what to cook after awhile?
