Im later than usual this morning! It was so dark out I really wanted to see where the ice was before I started walking. Then it was snowing and I just wanted to stay home. But Mother Nature called and Sasha just had to go! When we left to go for our walk the sky was a battleship gray.It wasnt the nicest looking sky. The clouds hung low and dark. Now the sun is trying its best to shine through and you can see golden streaks with shades of reds and pinks. The clouds are moving away and higher. Its really cold this morning. The wind whips right through you! In open spaces the wind is high. The snow is blowing all over the place. I think at one point today Sasha thought that wwe were crazy to be out in this.But you know with the snow there were a few flakes that she had to sniff , I guess she was trying to see if anything interesting was underneath. There were also some garbage flying around that made her wonder what it was and should she run after it! However on a brighter note, the birds are singing. The crows are loud, tucked away in the woods, cawing loudly as we walked by. the smaller birds are chirping beautifully. They sound so melodious and happy. i just wish that I could see them. Maybe tomorrow! Its going to be a gret day. Enjoy yours!
