Im learning more and more about being in the ENT business. Its not a game and the people that are already in dont play around. Everything that you do builds your resume! A lot of folks are looking for a record deal and the A & Rs are looking at your resume/work history. This is not a part time job. There are NO excuses! Even when you dont feel like doing anything you have to do something. You have to be consistent! You have to take constructive criticism without getting mad and learn from it. I was talking to a guy that signs artist to the majors everyday and he said you shouldnt be looking for him! He should be looking for you! That means something about you should get his attention to the point that he is trying to contact you! #GetUpandGetBusy
