Im looking for a house in Castle Hill/Whitton only as I need to move closer to my disabled parents. I have a 2 bed house in IP3 (Foxhall Road area), 5 minute walk to Suffolk New College, 10 minute walk to town. Close to all amenities, good size garden with patio area and concreted area for shed. Good size bedrooms, with upstairs bathroom. Kitchen done approx 3 years ago, bathroom approx 2 years ago and loft insulation 1 year ago. Pictures available upon request. In no massive hurry but ideally would like to move before September. Please note I am not interested in a flat and will not answer those offering one. Thanks.
