Marrickville Close to 426 and 412 buses, 15mins from Marrickville or Dulwhich Hill stations $300/wk inc bills plus cat sitting 2br flat with kitchen, washing machine, lounge/dining room, bathroom and bedroom. Furnished. Option to stay on as a flatmate ($160/wk) after the sublet until around April 2015 as the landlord is redeveloping.
