Im looking for a test subject for something to do with fitness I am willing to train somebody for free as long as they commit fully. I want to use said person as a model and an example of what my training can do. only requirement is that you join my gym and follow my instruction. preferably 1. female(to show that woman that train dont look like men) 2. no serious/chronic medical conditions 3. have a car or lives close to me 4. strong willed the whole trial will be 6 months (minimum) if you want more information comment below or message me.
