Experience with sorting, categorizing, and the recognition of various forms of hate content. For instance, the applicant will demonstrate knowledge between a photo that slams and slanders differing types of religions for the safe storage of such material and or its easy retrieval for rapid supplement when an editor gets swamped 2. The applicant should show knowledge and adroitness of how in the recognition of material from the main newsfeed, that captures the spirit of intolerance against things and ideas which need a good public bashing, scolding or general ridicule. Though not limited to the newsfeed, this can include a sharp eye and quick wit of rapidly jumping on a thread from any post seen in the public feed, where a user needs a good tongue-thrashing or needs to be sternly told where to go and when 3. The applicant will also develop a deep relationship with writers, and demonstrate a firm understanding of their respective prejudices, shortcomings and individual hate styles to promote ease in archiving their articles for plugin-and-go content during slow times 4. Applicant will be at ease with, and share the spirit of, quickly upon being called to rant with venomous flavor, stop a fool dead in his/hers tracks, drone or troll encountered commenting on posted threads, escalate the situation if necessary, then tell the user where to go and what to do once arrived (this is important, because it relieves the watch editors when they go on break) 5. Applicant should feel comfortable with the lucid, open and candid name-calling (preferably a black belt in keyboard karate) style which could be called-upon any moment to beat another user down who need it 6.
