Im looking for reputable builders to provide a quote for a two story side extension approx 6.5m x 2.5m to replace the existing garage. Downstairs will be a knock through into the kitchen plus a smaller garage. Upstairs will be a single bedroom with small en-suite shower room. The extension will have a pitched roof. We are looking for a quote to build the shell + plastered (no shower room or kitchen fitted) but with all electrics in place and plumbing ready for shower room. Work will include a new boiler to be fitted but this can be quoted separate as long as plumbing made ready. The existing garage will need to be knocked down but I can arrange this separately if preferred. (the current boiler is in the garage) If you have had any similar work done and can recommend someone please can you let them know to get in touch if they are interested. - Looking for work to start in 1 - 2 months.
