Im looking for someone who would like to be roommates. This wont be a dorm, itll a two-room apartment. It can be in Pasadena or here, near highland park. Male/Female, +18 or turning 18 by January (No liabilities, please), must have at least a part-time job, OR enough aid to share expenses 50/50 with me. I dont expect to be strict about anything, as long as things can get done I wont bother you. The only rigid requirement youll need to face besides expenses is shared chores. Otherwise, thats it.
