Im loving this app! Im a provider with Advanced Brain Technologies, one of the partners that developed the technology behind this sleep program. Summer brought on crazy sleep schedules at our house, so Im giving it a try. I was hooked yesterday afternoon when I ran the 30 minute relax program. It felt amazing. :-) The sleep programs in the app combine music, pink noise, and neuroscience to facilitate stage 4 sleep. They have a free and premium ($5.00) version. So, so worth it. :-)
