Im lying here in bed tonight and my back doesnt hurt at all--even when Im lying on my back. Seems like a miracle. Oh itll hurt some when I roll on to my side, but Im just so tickled by my progress the last few days. Have never had this happen before. Things improved mostly by me just getting over that awful cold, plus some physical therapy. I had no idea that almost everything I do requires a happy, healthy back, otherwise misery and chaos. Thanks for all whove been patient with me through this. I do have something called a compression fracture in my back, likely related to the pain and will be monitoring that.
