Im my short life and little professional experience I have come to learn 2 very vital things about clients and customer satisfaction: 1- QuickWins : You may have the most advanced product that will give the client life after death but that will smell like shit on pancakes if he has tiny problems that need to be resolved immediately. Things like unsteady internet, malfunctioning application, his laptop has a virus,,,etc will override , in terms of priority, grandios projects like 4G networks and all the hoohaas about advanced technology. 2- People will always buy WHY you make a product and not WHAT you made! So if your WHY doesnt satisfy them from the get go...You are throwing water on a ducks back! Now looking at this video I can only conclude that I am going to be and remain Skeptical about this project until 2035! So it took Paul fro UpCompound and his team 33 years to come up with what..A CARTOON? ( Great graphics by the way). Cameroun des Grands Realisations is short of a comedy show with free popcorn. The roads in Douala are the most deplorable I have ever seen in a ..ahem....CITY!! I just saw pictures of the Douala-Bamenda highway...Wandas..The potholes alone will put a fufu-corn sifter to shame! Electricity is now being rationed, food is getting more and more expensive, etc What grands realisations are we trying to realise in Kribi? When people cannot safely travel from One town to another without holding their hearts in their hands? When people keep dying on the Douala-Yde high way that the regime has failed to dualise for 33 yrs?? We Need Quick Wins first! Affordable Healthcarem food, jobs, etc.. I have been in the Ivory Coast for 10 mths and 2 flyovers got completed for inauguration in december, the Highway btw Abidjan and Yamoussoukro got dualized so people dont keep dying on it like our DLA-YDE road strip etc....Okay I am not comparing the 2 countries ..but trying to put into perspective how long it takes to put such features in place....It doesnt take up till 2035!
