Im never going to live in a house thats for sale EVER again. I have a family and a life, and a 1 hour notice for people to me moseying through my home while Im not allowed to be here is annoying, and with the rent they charge I cant afford a lawn mower so dont expect the yard to get mowed more than once every few weeks. If you need the extra income (rent payers) while youre trying to sell your house, I highly advise not having a family in there. Since youre selling it at a ridiculously high price and selling it as is, you shouldnt be bothered by someone who might f up the inside more than it already is. Calling me and my husband acting like foolish bs when you made the choice to have a family in here and charge what you do.. Get out of here with that nonsense.
